The university currently has 31,464 students enrolled in its onshore and offshore campuses and over 6,500 international students studying at the main Wollongong campus the UOW Sydney Business School located in downtown Sydney and our campus in Liverpool, South Wester Sydney. The University offers degree programs across all levels of study from undergraduate, postgraduate coursework and research. UOW also offers English language and academic bridging programs through UOW College.

Also, there are a range of accommodation options in Wollongong for different budgets, including university-managed accommodation, homestay and private rentals. The Gong Shuttle also provides free transport to the university campus and around the city.

International students are required to demonstrate proficiency in the Academic Field

Bachelor : Successful completion of an Australian year 12 qualification with a minimum pass in an accepted.

Master : The Successful completion of an Australian bachelor degree (or international equivalent)

Master : Applicants who have a successfully completed an Australian bachelor degree (or international equivalent) will be considered if they have at least 3 years of relevant industry experience.

International qualifications are assessed for comparability to Australian qualifications according to the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).
