✔️Step 3: Gather Documents
Once you have decided what and where you want to study, we will help you complete the application to the institutions of your choice and visa process. At the time of application for admission, you will be required to submit several documents including ✅proof of previous academic qualifications,
✅proof of your English language ability
✅financial documents.
We will provide you with a checklist of the documents you will need to provide.
✔️Step 4: Application Process
Your Studynet counsellor will submit your applications on your behalf. We will compile your application and certify supporting documents. We will then take care of sending your application to your university or institution of choice. By submitting your application to us you will be able to track the progress of your application as we send you automatic notifications of its progress. We also take the hard work out of tracking the applications by keeping in contact with the institution on your behalf.
✔️Step 5: Receive a conditional Offer letter
You will receive a response from the school or university within 2-6 weeks of your application being submitted. When you’re offered a place in a course, you will receive a conditional offer letter. Your course fees are the same as if you would have applied directly with the school or university, and sometimes you’ll even be able to access an application fee waiver, special scholarships and bursaries by applying with Studynet, meaning your total cost can be even less than dealing directly with the study provider.
✔️Step 6: Acceptance and payment
After receiving the provisional offer letter some of the institutes will ask for financial documents to give payment confirmation. Also the provider may take a short interview before giving confirmation. Once there are no conditions on your offer letter, you may accept the offer immediately. Examples of conditions that could be specified include supplying a new IELTS test result, supplying an academic transcript of recently completed study, or supplying certified documents. To accept the offer from an education provider, you must pay for tuition fee and health insurance. Most institutions require you to pay the first semester fees only. You can choose to pay this fee through either Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Direct Debit (DD) to the institute.
✔️Step 7: Receive Confirmation of Enrolment (ECoE).
Once the institutions have received and processed your tuition fee payment, they will issue you with an Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (ECoE). Once we have received this, we will notify you to send your required documents and start the visa application process.
✔️Step 8: lodge visa application
To lodge your visa application you will need to provide the documents outlined in the checklist we provide you. Just like your admission application, Studynet Consultants will keep you updated as to the progress of your application and take the hard work out of tracking your application by keeping in contact with the visa office on your behalf.
✔️Step 9: Biometric and Medical Examination
Within 1-2 days of lodging your visa application, we get biometric advise which is auto-generated from the system and medical letter will need. Once you have undertaken the medical examination, your doctor will forward the medical reports and documents directly to the visa office.
✔️Step 10: Visa outcome & travel to Australia
We will notify you as soon as we know the outcome of your visa application so you can come in and collect your grant letter. In most cases, this is a positive response and it means you can also start planning your travel and accommodation for Australia!
